How does Tunnel Washer work ?
This equipment operates by manually pouring workpieces onto the equipment’s feeding area. The conveyor belt then automatically conveys the workpieces to the high-pressure spray area for 360° high-pressure spray rinsing, which washes off a large amount of oil stains, dirt, dust and impurities from the surface of the workpieces.
The washed-off contaminants are processed through the equipment’s circulating filtration system and oil-water separation system. After cleaning, the workpieces undergo air knife drying and hot air drying to ensure the dryness of the cleaned workpieces; subsequently, the workpieces automatically slide down into the discharging container.The discharge port is equipped with an emergency stop button and a photoelectric sensor, which automatically stops the conveyance when no one is picking up the workpieces.
