Pre-Coating Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment for Molds

This automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine is custom-designed by GTK engineers for mold manufacturers, and is mainly used for the cleaning and drying of injection molds, extrusion molds and other components before the coating process.

As shown in the figure above: The mold to be cleaned has dimensions of L1550×W70×H165 (mm), a weight of approximately 260Kg, and features pores on all six sides.

In light of the mold’s characteristics, GTK engineers have designed the cleaning machine’s process with the following key features:

• Capable of bearing heavy loads;
• Adapted for cleaning large-sized workpieces;
• Adopted a rotary cleaning process with ultrasonic technology for pores on multiple sides to achieve effective cleaning;
• The third cleaning stage uses rotary high-pressure cleaning to effectively remove loose foreign matter and residual detergent on the mold surface, preventing secondary contamination;
• The subsequent processes involve blowing off water with compressed air and thoroughly drying the mold with hot air, both of which are performed while the mold is rotating.
