Filtration Systems
Why Industrial Cleaning Systems Need Effective Filtration?

During any industrial cleaning process — whether ultrasonic, spray, or immersion — contaminants stripped from workpiece surfaces accumulate in the cleaning bath. Left unfiltered, these impurities cause four compounding problems:

Cross-contamination — Particles and oils reattach to cleaned parts, undoing your cleaning results.

Reduced ultrasonic efficiency — Suspended particulates dampen cavitation intensity, weakening cleaning performance.

Equipment damage — Metal swarf and debris clog nozzles, pumps, and valves in spray cleaning systems.

Higher operating costs — Contaminated fluid depletes detergent faster, shortens bath life, and increases wastewater treatment expenses.

GTK's 3-Stage Progressive Filtration System

GTK's Cleaning Filtration System is engineered to maintain peak cleaning performance and protect your equipment investment through continuous, closed-loop fluid recirculation.

The system uses a three-stage progressive filtration process:

Stage 1 — Coarse Filtration
A stainless steel mesh screen captures large particulate impurities (≥1 mm diameter) directly from the cleaning tank, preventing them from entering downstream components.

Stage 2 — Oil Separation
The partially filtered fluid passes through an oil-water separation stage, removing tramp oils and emulsified contaminants before the fluid advances to the clean water zone.

Stage 3 — Precision Filtration
Fluid from the clean water zone is pumped through a high-precision filter cartridge, achieving deep filtration before being recirculated back into the cleaning tank.

The Result
Continuously filtered cleaning fluid delivers measurable operational benefits:
Lower cleaning agent consumption
Extended bath service life
Fewer equipment failures and unplanned downtime
Reduced wastewater treatment volume and cost
Consistent, repeatable cleaning quality across every production cycle

GTK's filtration systems are compatible with ultrasonic cleaning machines, spray/tunnel cleaning systems, and multi-stage aqueous cleaning lines — and can be integrated at the time of system purchase or retrofitted to existing equipment.
