Ultrasonic Washers for Optical Components before PVD Coating
This fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine is custom-built by GTK engineers for manufacturers of optical components, and is mainly used for the cleaning and drying of optical lenses, optical glass, spectacle lenses and other components before the coating process.
To meet the high cleanliness requirements for optical components, GTK engineers have focused on the following key design points:
1.Adoption of optimal ultrasonic frequency and power (inappropriate frequency and power may cause surface damage to components).
2.Maintenance of an optimal liquid temperature during the cleaning process to maximize the cleaning efficacy of the detergent.
3.Integration of an oscillation process in the ultrasonic cleaning stage; the vertical oscillation creates friction between components and the liquid, enabling effective removal of contaminants.
4.Design of a circulating filtration system for the liquid storage tank at detergent-using stations, which efficiently separates suspended particles and grease from the detergent into the storage tank, ensuring the cleanliness of the main cleaning tank and effectively extending the service life of the detergent.
5.Application of multi-stage DI water ultrasonic rinsing; the number of rinsing cycles is determined based on our engineers’ years of practical industry experience and real operational feedback from various customers, forming an optimized design solution.
6.Implementation of a slow lifting process for components before drying; leveraging the surface tension of water, residual water on component surfaces is separated and removed thoroughly and effectively.
7.Installation of an air filter in the component drying stage; the filter removes airborne suspended matter, and the heated high-purity air is converted into hot air for drying component surfaces, preventing secondary contamination.
