This conveyor belt cleaning machine is a automatic cleaning and drying system designed by GTK engineers for manufacturers of insulated stainless steel water bottles, specifically used after stainless steel stamping.

The Cleaning Process Includes:

Robotic Loading → Ultrasonic Cleaning → Rinsing Degreasing → Rinsing → DI Water Rinsing Cleaning → Hot Air Drying → Robotic Unloading.

Key Features:

• Adopts robotic loading and unloading, and manual loading and unloading is also available.
• Ultrasonic degreasing cleaning: Through the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves combined with the chemical degreasing of cleaning detergents, it effectively cleans and loosens stamping oil. An advanced circulating filtration system is engineered to recycle cleaning liquid, significantly reducing operational costs for our customers.
• The stamping oil loosened by ultrasonic vibration is further removed by flushing with high-pressure spray.
• Spray rinsing uses clean water to remove residual cleaning detergents on the product surface, and high pressure DI water spray further ensures surface cleanliness.
• Hot air drying uses hot air to remove surface moisture, achieving complete product drying.
