Semi-Automated Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
Designed and manufactured by GTK engineers specifically for large-size broaches, drill bits, and similar tools, it is an ultrasonic cleaning system equipped with an electric hoist for auxiliary lifting.
- Maximum compatible product weight: approximately 300 kg.
- This cleaning system is also compatible with other products of similar sizes.
- Due to the heavy weight of the components and relatively low production capacity, an electric hoist-assisted lifting mechanism has been designed, with an effective lifting capacity exceeding 500 kg.
Cleaning Operation Process
- Loading via Trolley: After loading the workpiece into the cleaning basket in the loading area, push the trolley to the loading station, where the operator controls the overhead crane to move the heavy workpieces.
- Manual Transfer & Processing: Manually pick up, place, and transfer the cleaning basket at regular intervals and quantities to sequentially complete cleaning, rinsing, drying, and other processes. Within each process, the cleaning basket undergoes ultrasonic cleaning, heating, air knifing, drying, and other operations.
- Unloading via Trolley: After the cleaning and drying processes are completed, the robotic arm automatically places the cleaning basket onto the unloading trolley at regular intervals and quantities according to the equipment’s cycle time.
- Manual Unloading: The operator completes the workpiece unloading process.
