Multi-Tank Solvent (Hydrocarbon) Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
This is a fully automatic multi-tank hydrocarbon ultrasonic cleaner with zero wastewater emissions, designed specifically for high-precision, high-volume cleaning needs. It is particularly suitable for manufacturers producing stamped part housings and oily machined components.
The equipment utilizes high-efficiency hydrocarbon solvent to precisely dissolve organic contaminants such as oil, grease, wax, fingerprints, etc. Combined with ultrasonic technology and the rolling motion of parts within the tanks, it achieves 360° blind-spot-free cleaning for precision components with blind holes, cracks, or recesses. The entire process—from loading, washing, rinsing, to drying—is fully automated, requiring no manual intervention, significantly reducing labor costs. It adopts an advanced hydrocarbon solvent recovery system, the solvent is recycled, minimizing waste discharge and meeting environmental standards.

As shown in the figure above, this is battery housing of new energy vehicle with recess shapes for new energy vehicles. When recess face upward during cleaning, liquid can pool within them. During production, at the lowest end of the recess, stamping oil adheres tightly to the product surface due to the high-strength stamping and stretching of the punch, making it difficult to clean.
To address the difficult cleaning challenges:, GTK engineers have designed this multi-tank hydrocarbon ultrasonic cleaner, which adopts a rotary round basket ultrasonic cleaning method combined with the principle of mutual solubility between hydrocarbon and stamping oil for thorough cleaning results. .
Addressing Difficult Cleaning Challenges
Vacuum Ultrasonic Cleaning: To tackle hard-to-clean corners and recesses, engineers evacuate air from the hydrocarbon solvent through vacuuming, reducing the liquid’s surface tension,then the solvent enables deeper penetration into the concave corner areas,achieving more thorough cleaning when combined with ultrasonic technology.
Hydrocarbon Heating Function for Ultrasonic Cleaning Tanks: Since hydrocarbon and stamping oil have the best mutual solubility when the hydrocarbon temperature is between 40-60℃, this heating function maximizes the solvent’s degreasing capability.
Vacuum Hydrocarbon Vapor Cleaning & Drying: Hydrocarbon solvent is heated to its boiling point under vacuum (oxygen-free environment). The boiling hydrocarbon vapor is sprayed onto the product surface. Residual liquid on the product also reaches boiling point, drying the workpieces. Vaporized solvent is then extracted via vacuum, condensed back into liquid in the Distillation Recovery Tank using a chiller’s low temperature, and recycled.
Hydrocarbon Solvent Recycling System by Distillation Process : Hydrocarbon solvent recycling systems via distillation process conserve resources and limit the amount of waste, thus lowering production costs. This solvent recovery system uses thermal oil or steam heating, under vacuum condition, the hydrocarbon solvent heats and distils waste fluids to eliminate impurities in solvent and collect the rest as vapor and cooled back down to liquid form for reuse.
