Low-temperature Evaporation System

GTK engineers initially designed the low-temperature evaporation system to address customers’ needs for the eco-friendly treatment of wastewater generated after cleaning. The system evaporates and reuses wastewater from cleaning equipment or enables its direct discharge after meeting environmental emission standards. Later, GTK also developed corresponding designs for wastewater treatment in other industries.
A low-temperature evaporator is an efficient wastewater treatment technology. It evaporates and separates water from wastewater under low-temperature (28℃–30℃) and vacuum negative pressure conditions, achieving significant reduction and concentration of wastewater. Pollutants in the wastewater are retained in a small amount of concentrated liquid or crystals, while clean distilled water (reclaimed water) is produced.
