New Energy Vehicle (NEV) Components Tunnel Cleaning System
Tunnel Parts Cleaning Machines are also called tunnel parts washers (cleaners), inline parts cleaners, pass-through parts washers, and conveyor belt parts cleaners. The new energy vehicle component tunnel cleaning machine is an automatic cleaning system designed and manufactured by GTK for new energy vehicle component suppliers. It is a continuously operating industrial cleaning equipment. Via the conveyor system’s mesh belt, the components passes through multiple functional chambers in sequence, completing all processes from rough cleaning, ultrasonic precision cleaning, rinsing to drying in a closed production line.

Conveyor type: Continuous feeding and discharging, suitable for mass production.
Ultrasonic technology: Utilizes cavitation effect to thoroughly clean stubborn contaminants on complex surfaces, blind holes and narrow gaps of workpieces.
High Pressure Spray Cleaning: High-pressure nozzles generate fan-shaped or conical liquid jets, which remove loose surface contaminants from workpiece exteriors through hydraulic impact force.

Countercurrent rinsing design: water from the final rinsing stage is recycled to replenish the preceding stage—achieving significant water savings and reducing operational costs for our customers.
