Ultrasonic Generator

Ultrasonic Generator
The ultrasonic generator — also referred to as an ultrasonic power supply or ultrasonic control cabinet — is the core driving component of any ultrasonic cleaning system. Without a stable, precisely tuned power source, even the best cleaning tank and transducer assembly cannot deliver consistent cavitation or reliable cleaning performance.

The generator's primary function is to convert standard electrical input into high-frequency alternating current signals that match the resonant frequency of the ultrasonic transducers. GTK generators operate across a typical frequency range of 15kHz to 120kHz, covering the full spectrum from heavy-duty industrial degreasing to fine precision cleaning of delicate components.

GTK's ultrasonic driver units feature automatic frequency tracking, which continuously detects and adjusts output to match the actual resonant frequency of the connected vibration plates — compensating for temperature changes, load variations, and transducer aging. This self-tuning capability ensures maximum energy transfer efficiency and consistent acoustic output throughout the cleaning cycle.

Each GTK ultrasonic power module is also equipped with dual protection against over-temperature and current overload, safeguarding both the generator and the connected transducer system during long production runs. The result is stable, uninterrupted operation and extended service life for the entire ultrasonic cleaning system.

GTK generators are available as integrated components of GTK cleaning machines or as standalone ultrasonic power units compatible with existing transducer arrays. Contact our engineers to find the right frequency, power output, and configuration for your application.
