The Rotary Basket Automatic Ultrasonic Parts Washer is specifically designed for cleaning automotive and motorcycle parts with surface deep holes, blind corners, dead angles, cracks, and recesses.These surface irregularities tend to trap contaminants, which are not only difficult to remove but also result in the accumulation of cleaning fluid, thus leading to drying challenges.

Additionally, this parts cleaning equipment is suitable for cleaning parts that require surface protection against collisions. We have designed two distinct basket cleaning modes: round basket cleaning and square basket cleaning.

Round Basket Parts Cleaning

The round basket features automatic 360° rotation, making it ideal for parts with blind holes, cracks, and recesses. When parts are placed in the round basket, the cleaner intelligently detects the basket automatically, then the round basket in the cleaning tank start to rotates for cleaning; after that, the overhead crane lifts the basket out of the water automatically. The basket starts rotating again, allowing the liquid on the product surface and inside the blind holes to flow back into the cleaning tank. After undergoing cleaning in multiple tanks, the workpieces are thoroughly cleaned and then transferred to the drying tank for complete drying through rotatory baskets
If the parts to be cleaned have both blind holes and require surface collision protection, our engineers will design a fix to secure the workpieces inside the round basket. This way, when the parts are in the ultrasonic cleaning fluid, the rotation function not only cleans the dirt in the blind holes thoroughly but also effectively protects the workpiece surface from scratches during the cleaning process.

Square Basket Parts Cleaning

This cleaning equipment also comes with a complimentary square basket cleaning mode, which enables efficient cleaning for simple cleaning requirements.
For smooth-surfaced but collision-sensitive plate-type workpieces—such as stamped plates, phone cases, computer casings, and washing machine housings—the square basket can be designed to fix and separate the plates, arranging them neatly inside. Under the action of ultrasonic cleaning, contaminants on the part surfaces is completely stripped and rinsed away, ensuring thorough cleaning. In short, regardless of the type of workpiece, GTK offers custom ultrasonic parts cleaning systems with specialized cleaning capabilities, tailored to customer requirements and contamination complexity.

High Automation Level

This ultrasonic parts washer integrates a high level of automation. Employees only need to load and unload the baskets; all other processes are completed automatically by the machine. With the customer’s authorization, the equipment’s process program can also be remotely upgraded.
