Oil-Water Separator is an essential accessory for aqueous industrial cleaning machines, including ultrasonic cleaners and spray washers. It continuously removes floating tramp oils — such as cutting fluids, lubricants, and hydraulic oils — from the cleaning bath, keeping your cleaning fluid clean and your parts contamination-free.

Without oil removal, tramp oil causes four compounding problems: it redeposits onto cleaned parts and compromises surface quality; it suppresses ultrasonic cavitation and weakens cleaning performance; it accelerates detergent degradation and shortens bath life; and it increases wastewater treatment costs.

It continuously draws surface-level fluid where oil concentrates, separates oil from water through gravity-assisted separation — with no chemical additives required — and returns clean fluid directly to the cleaning tank. Waste oil is collected separately for proper disposal, with no interruption to production.
