Ultrasonic Cleaners for Pre-Cleaning Mobile Phone Accessories Prior to Coating
This automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine is custom-built by GTK R&D team for mobile phone accessory manufacturers, and is mainly used for the cleaning and drying of components such as mobile phone logos and SIM card slots prior to coating processes.
To meet the high cleanliness requirements for mobile phone logos, SIM card slots and other such components, GTK engineers have focused on the following key design points:
- Adoption of optimal ultrasonic frequency and power (inappropriate frequency and power density may cause surface damage to components).
- A relatively high water temperature is designed for the cleaning process to address polishing wax on component surfaces, maximizing the cleaning efficacy of the detergent.
- An oscillation process is integrated into the cleaning stage; vertical movement generates friction between components and the liquid during ultrasonic cleaning, enabling effective removal of contaminants.
- Different detergents are used in stages — first for wax removal, then for degreasing, and finally for enhanced deep oxide removal (the process can be customized and adjusted as needed).
- Liquid storage tanks with a circulating filtration system are installed at detergent-using stations, which efficiently separate suspended particles and grease from the detergent into the storage tanks, ensuring the cleanliness of the main cleaning tanks and effectively extending the service life of the detergents.
- A spray rinsing station is designed after each cleaning stage with different detergents to prevent cross-contamination between various detergents.
- Application of multi-stage DI water ultrasonic rinsing; the number of rinsing cycles is determined based on our engineers’ years of practical industry experience and real operational feedback from various customers, forming an optimized design solution.
- A slow lifting process for components is implemented before drying; leveraging the surface tension of water, residual water on component surfaces is separated and removed thoroughly and effectively.
- In the component drying stage, air filters are adopted to remove airborne suspended matter, and the heated high-purity air is converted into hot air for drying component surfaces, preventing secondary contamination.
