Ultrasonic Cleaning System for Heavy-Duty Components before Coating

This automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine is custom-designed and manufactured by GTK engineers for heavy-duty products such as molds and large-sized components, and is mainly used for ultrasonic cleaning and drying of heavy-duty components prior to the coating process.

For heavy-duty products with a general weight of over 100 kg and even up to 800 kg, GTK engineers have designed a gantry lifting and traversing system constructed with a gantry load-bearing structure to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the equipment.

For components with blind holes, recessed slots and other special structures such as molds, a comprehensive process is designed, including ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic rinsing, dewatering with clean compressed air, and hot air drying.

Specifically, at the clean compressed air dewatering station, manually assisted air guns are equipped to perform manual auxiliary treatment on special holes of certain products, so as to ensure the effectiveness of cleaning and drying!
