Inline Cleaning Machine are also called tunnel cleaning machine, conveyor belt cleaners/washers, pass-through washers, and conveyor cleaners.

Conductive glass (such as ITO glass), optical glass, mobile phone screen panels, computer screen panels, and liquid crystal screen panels all have high requirements for surface cleanliness during the production process.

GTK engineers have designed reliable cleaning processes for these products, such as: post-polishing cleaning and pre-coating cleaning of optical glass; post-cutting cleaning, pre-chemical strengthening cleaning, and pre-silk-screening/lamination cleaning of mobile phone/computer screen panels (cover glass), etc.

The equipment illustrated above is an ITO Glass Pre-Coating Cleaning Machine, which features quantified technical specifications for cleaning cleanliness, meeting the stringent requirements of display panel manufacturing processes

Test Product: Dyne ink test is adopted. Products with a Dyne level above 64 are qualified, and those that drop to above 62 after 10 minutes of placement are also acceptable.

Cleaned products shall have no new scratches, particles, or water spots.
