Technical Design Features

While removing adhesive particles and oil stains from the steering shaft through high-pressure spray cleaning, the system employs rotating brushes to directly scrub recessed areas. This effectively eliminates surface contaminants on the workpiece, achieving superior cleaning results and significantly extending the service life of the steering shaft during subsequent operation and friction.

• The system employs chemical dissolution using a industrial degreasing detergent, combined with high-pressure spray rinsing and rotary brush scrubbing. The synergistic effect of these multiple cleaning methods ensures superior product cleanliness.
• An oil-water separation filtration system is integrated to automatically recover waste oil from the cleaning fluid. After filtration, the cleaned fluid can be recycled and reused, effectively reducing production costs.

• High pressure spray rinsing uses clean water to remove residual cleaning detergents on the product surface.

• Hot air drying uses pressurized hot air to remove surface moisture, ensuring the product is dry.
