RO Water Treatment Systems

GTK’s Reverse Osmosis Water System is a water purification system based on the reverse osmosis principle. Driven by a high-pressure pump, raw water permeates through a semi-permeable membrane to efficiently remove ions, organic substances, and microorganisms from water. It delivers stable high-purity water output, meeting the specific requirements of professional cleaning and rinsing processes.

As a primary supporting equipment for ultrasonic cleaning and spray cleaning machines, the RO Water System eliminates the interference of impurities in water on cleaning results at the source. It ensures the surface cleanliness of workpieces after cleaning, preventing residual impurities from affecting subsequent processing or product performance. The system is widely applicable for cleaning workpieces such as hardware components, molds, and injection-molded plastic parts.

With lower purity than DI Water (Deionized Water), this system suits cleaning/rinsing application with slightly lower requirements than DI water.
