Hydrocarbon Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine for Copper Parts
It is a vacuum hydrocarbon ultrasonic cleaning system specially designed by GTK for manufacturers of copper machined parts. Due to the presence of blind holes on the bottom of the copper workpieces shown above, cleaning fluid cannot easily penetrate these blind holes under atmospheric pressure. In a vacuum environment, however, the liquid in the blind holes and recesses of copper machined parts can be discharged. Combined with the “cavitation effect“ generated by ultrasonic waves, it becomes easier to strip off oil, dust and other contaminants from the surface of the parts.
Meanwhile, under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of hydrocarbon solvents decreases, utilizing the “vacuum flash boiling effect,” the liquid in blind holes and recesses can be quickly dried, enhancing the cleaning effect. After copper parts are cleaned, degreased, and dried, they can better interface with subsequent processes such as pickling, polishing, and passivation.
Hydrocarbons are recovered through vacuum distillation and recycled, achieving zero emissions, reducing cleaning costs, and making it one of the most advanced cleaning methods available today.
Why Do Copper Machining Customers Choose Hydrocarbon Ultrasonic Cleaners?
The reason is that using hydrocarbon cleaning for copper machined parts can effectively remove oil and prevent rust. Additionally, during production processes such as cutting, drilling, and milling, machining oil is added, leaving a lot of oil residues on the surface. Hydrocarbon cleaning machines, however, are highly efficient in oil removal. What’s more, hydrocarbon cleaning detergents can be regenerated and recovered through distillation technology, then recycled and reused—eliminating the need for discharge of cleaning fluids, which meets the requirements of today’s environmentally friendly cleaning.
