Hydrocarbon Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine for Copper Parts

Due to the presence of blind holes on the bottom of the copper workpieces shown above, cleaning fluid cannot easily penetrate these blind holes under atmospheric pressure. In a vacuum environment, however, the liquid in the blind holes and recesses of copper machined parts can be discharged. Combined with the cavitation effect generated by ultrasonic waves, it becomes easier to strip off oil, dust and other contaminants from the surface of the parts.
