GTKCLEAN’s single-chamber solvent ultrasonic cleaning systems are compact, space-saving vacuum degreasing systems that perform ultrasonic cleaning, solvent rinsing and vacuum drying inside one fully enclosed chamber. Unlike aqueous washing systems, single-chamber solvent cleaning systems operate in a fully sealed, low-pressure environment. This eliminates solvent evaporation losses, prevents VOC emissions, and enables rapid vacuum drying without surface residue or water marks — making them particularly suited for oil-sensitive, water-sensitive, or cosmetically critical components.

Semi-Automated Solvent Cleaning Machine: A cost-effective single-station hydrocarbon vacuum ultrasonic cleaner with semi-automatic operation — combining effective solvent degreasing performance with a lower capital investment than fully automated systems. Suited for smaller production volumes or facilities transitioning from manual degreasing.

Hydrocarbon Solvent Ultrasonic Vacuum Cleaners: A fully automatic single-chamber hydrocarbon vacuum cleaning system. Under low-pressure conditions, hydrocarbon solvent penetrates blind holes, threaded recesses, and complex geometries with exceptional degreasing power, followed by vacuum distillation drying that leaves no residue. Ideal for precision machined parts, automotive components, and pre-coating cleaning.

Modified Alcohol Ultrasonic Cleaners: A single-chamber vacuum cleaning system using modified alcohol as the cleaning medium — offering strong solvency for flux residues, light oils, and fingerprints on electronic components, optical parts, and precision assemblies where hydrocarbon solvents are unsuitable.

All three systems feature integrated solvent recovery to minimize consumption and operating costs.
