What is Solvent Recovery System?
This solvent recovery system is also known as hydrocarbon distillation recovery equipment.
The Vacuum Hydrocarbon Distillation Recovery System is an industrial equipment specifically designed for the separation, purification, and recovery of hydrocarbons (such as solvents, oils, and hydrocarbon substances). By lowering the boiling point under vacuum conditions and integrating distillation and condensation technologies, it achieves efficient and low-energy-consumption solvent recovery.
The process involves indirect heating of the liquid in the distillation kettle using steam heating . Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of the hydrocarbon cleaning fluid decreases, and the fluid rapidly boils and vaporizes under vacuum to generate vapor. These vapor are condensed and re-liquefied in the condenser, forming droplets that are ultimately recovered as pure hydrocarbon cleaning fluid. The recovered fluid is then discharged into the liquid storage tank for recycling.
Integrating vacuum technology, thermodynamic separation, and intelligent control, the Vacuum Hydrocarbon Distillation Recovery System enables efficient, safe, and green hydrocarbon recovery. It serves as a crucial technical means for resource recycling and industrial cost reduction.
Solvent Recycler Process Flow
- First,the dirty hydrocarbon solvent is sucked into the recovery tank.
- Next,the stamping oil or cutting oil contained in the dirty hydrocarbon is separated via high-temperature heating the hydrocarbon solvent and then the solvent is converted the pure hydrocarbon liquid through condensation.
- Afterwards,the pure hydrocarbon liquid is then discharged, which can be recycled to reduce production costs—the hydrocarbon liquid recovery rate is approximately 95%.
- Finally,the recovery equipment discharges 5% of waste stamping oil or cutting oil.
