Dual Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
This high performance two tank ultrasonic cleaning system is designed for customers which only require cleaning and rinsing operations, or only need cleaning and drying functions:
1. Ultrasonic cleaning + rinsing
This two-tank ultrasonic cleaner consists of a custom cleaning tank and rinsing chamber. Ultrasonic cleaning tank: First stage is ultrasonic cleaning ,second stage is rinsing.
2. Ultrasonic cleaning + drying
This dual tank ultrasonic washer is comprised of an ultrasonic wash and a hot air dryer.
Ultrasonic cleaning tank(#1 tank): It can be used to clean dust, oil stains, rust, wax, glue and other dirt.
Hot Air Circulation Drying Tank (#2 tank) : After ultrasonic cleaning in #1 Tank , workpieces can be quickly dried in #2 Tank .

Technical Upgrade Options Available:
Liquid Filtration System
- Filters particulates from the cleaning fluid to extend the service life of the cleaning agent;
- Separates floating oil from the cleaning fluid to prevent recontamination of products during removal.
Vertical Reciprocating System
- During ultrasonic cleaning, products in the cleaning basket are driven by a lifting mechanism to move vertically by approximately 50 mm at a frequency of 8–10 cycles per minute;
- The friction between the liquid (water) and the product surface during vertical movement, combined with the ultrasonic cleaning effect, delivers a more thorough cleaning result.
