What is Automated Tunnel Washer
This is a fully automatic cleaning machine cater to meet high-volume production cleaning requirements. it is suitable for cleaning different shaped parts in bulk, pipes, and metal hardware. Tunnel machine uses a high-pressure water pump to deliver cleaning fluid with specified detergent to the nozzles, creating high-pressure spray that cover all areas of the cleaning parts surface, thus eliminate stubborn contaminants such as chips, oils, grease, chips, buffing compounds, carbon deposits and other particulates .

How does Tunnel Washer work?
This equipment operates by manually pouring workpieces onto the equipment’s feeding area. The conveyor belt then automatically conveys the workpieces to the high-pressure spray area for 360° high-pressure spray rinsing, which washes off a large amount of oil stains, dirt, dust and impurities from the surface of the workpieces.
The washed-off contaminants are processed through the equipment’s circulating filtration system and oil-water separation system. After cleaning, the workpieces undergo air knife drying and hot air drying to ensure the dryness of the cleaned workpieces; subsequently, the workpieces automatically slide down into the discharging container.
The discharge port is equipped with an emergency stop button and a photoelectric sensor, which automatically stops the conveyance when no one is picking up the workpieces.
Cleaning Process for Air Conditioning Compressor Parts
- It is hard to clean the brazing flux on the air conditioning compressor, but this problem can be solved through the cleaning process of a special cleaning detergent combined with high-temperature soaking and intensive ultrasonic cleaning.
- During the cleaning process, strictly control the concentration of the cleaning detergent and temperature to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of cleaning.
- After the parts surface undergoes high-temperature cleaning, contaminants are loosened. With the aid of the cleaning detergent, it then enters high-pressure spray cleaning, removing all the residual cleaning detergent and contaminants from the surface of compressor
- Then high-pressure spray anti-rust rinsing is performed to provide anti-rust protection for the product surface.
- Use air knifing to quickly remove moisture from the product surface, preventing oxidation of the surface.
- Hot air drying is applied to thoroughly dry the product.
