Industrial Parts Dryer
Proper drying is the final — and often overlooked — step in any industrial parts cleaning process. Residual moisture left on machined components, stamped parts, or precision assemblies can cause flash rust, water spots, and surface oxidation that immediately compromise the cleaning results and affect downstream processes such as coating, assembly, or packaging.
GTK's industrial drying systems are independently designed and manufactured to remove moisture quickly and thoroughly without damaging workpiece surfaces. Each drying unit can be integrated directly into an automated cleaning line as a built-in desiccation module, or deployed as a standalone post-wash dryer for flexible production layouts.
GTK offers four main drying solutions to suit different workpiece types and production requirements:
Hot Air Dryer: Uses heated, circulated airflow to efficiently evaporate surface moisture. Suitable for most metal parts and high-volume production environments.
Vacuum Dryer: Removes moisture under low-pressure conditions, ideal for parts with blind holes, deep cavities, or complex internal channels where hot air alone cannot reach.
Industrial Oven: Provides stable, uniform heat for batch drying of components requiring controlled temperature exposure — commonly used for precision or heat-treated parts.
Tunnel Dryer: A continuous, conveyor-fed drying solution designed for inline production lines, ensuring consistent throughput and repeatable moisture removal at scale.
