Direct mount transducers are mounted directly onto the stainless steel plate on the outside bottom of the cleaning tank.

2. Flange Mount Ultrasonic Transducer Box

Pros: Also allows for easy interior tank cleaning.Cons: Similarly difficult to service and repair.

3. Submersible Ultrasonic Transducer Box

Pros: Extremely easy to maintain. Unlike direct and flange mount styles, it minimizes downtime for mass-production facilities. Fast replacement reduces losses caused by equipment maintenance, making this style widely used in today’s market.

Cons: Less convenient for cleaning inside the tank, as debris tends to collect underneath the transducer box.
