Equipment Features

Workpiece Vertical Oscillation System

Oscillation devices are installed from the 1st tank to the 4th tank. Parts move up and down continuously during cleaning with a 50 mm stroke and 20 cycles per minute. It adopts an imported oscillation motor, linear bearings, and an all-stainless steel oscillation frame.

Constant Temperature Control System

Equipped with Omron digital temperature controller from Japan. The temperature is adjustable and configurable, with a control range from room temperature to 100℃ and control accuracy within ±3℃ of the set value.

Circulation Filtration System

Cleaning liquid inside the tank forms an internal circulation through baffles, circulation pump, filter, pipeline and ball valve to filter out solid contaminants. A stainless steel pump is used with optimized flow and head capacity to remove suspended particles efficiently. A pressure gauge is fitted at the circulation outlet.

Spray System

The spray system is composed of high-quality stainless steel water pumps, PVC spray pipes and umbrella-style spray nozzles. One set of five nozzles is installed on both the left and right sides of the cleaning tank.

CNC Light-duty Gantry Multi-Arm Robotic System

  • All vertical and horizontal movements of the multi-arm manipulator are fully electrically driven.
  • The manipulator transfers cleaning baskets vertically and horizontally to complete the entire automatic cleaning process.
  • Rated lifting capacity: 20 kg × 8 units; Maximum lifting capacity: 30 kg × 8 units.
  • Built-in cleaning time timer; processing cycle adjustable from 2 to 30 minutes continuously.
  • Supports automatic and manual operation modes. Non-contact proximity sensors are used for positioning, and mechanical limit switches for travel control.
  • The manipulator automatically returns to the home position after each full cycle.
