Mainstream Industrial Cleaning Methods
Wiping Cleaning
Features: Staff wipe off surface grease with brushes or cloths soaked in industrial cleaning agents. This method boasts flexible operation with no strict limits on workpiece shapes, yet it involves high labor intensity and low working efficiency, hence not ideal for large-scale cleaning projects.
Immersion Cleaning
Features: Place workpieces inside cleaning tanks and fill with diluted cleaning solution to dissolve surface grease gradually. It saves manual effort but delivers unsatisfactory cleaning results, and is not recommended for heavily greasy items.
Spray Cleaning
Features: Spray cleaning agents evenly over component surfaces to accelerate dissolution of grease and grime. Repeat spraying and wiping until all contaminants are thoroughly removed.
Vapor Degreasing
Features: Conducted inside sealed cleaning chambers. Fill the chamber with low-flashpoint solvent-based cleaner, and hang parts above the liquid level. Heat the cleaner to produce solvent vapor, which condenses on workpiece surfaces and dissolves stubborn grease effectively.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Features: Equip cleaning systems with ultrasonic devices to greatly boost degreasing speed and cut down cleaning cycle time. It can thoroughly clear away grease and dirt hidden deep inside pores and blind holes.
